Reviews and Ratings
Staying at Los Arcos Suites was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean with lovely tile floors and real wood furniture, offering a spacious and light-filled environment. The service was very nice, although some aspects felt overpriced. The location was superb, with a nice infinity pool overlooking the area, making it perfect for an enjoyable stay. The dining options, although smaller than most resorts, offered delightful homemade jams. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a comfortable atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, with clean and spacious rooms, friendly and accommodating service, and a great location near shops and restaurants. However, the noise from the pool area could be a downside in the mornings.
The hotel rooms could easily accommodate 2-3 adults or a small family, being bigger than imagined and very user-friendly. They had a mildew smell, but are well located on a quiet street yet near to the beach and the majority of the main eateries and entertainment.
The hotel had a convenient location in town, close to restaurants and the beach. The rooms had some cleanliness issues with mold and dirt, but the staff provided excellent service. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were smaller than expected.
